The Department of Law, Faculty of Law, AUTh, has organized and operated, since the academic year 2018–2019, a Postgraduate Studies Program entitled: “Commercial Law”, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant decision of the Aristotle University Senate (Government Gazette 3605/Vol. B/24-8-2018), the Programme Regulation (Government Gazette 1881/Vol. B/28-5-2019) and the amendment of the Senate decision (Government Gazette 4160/Vol. B/28-9-2020), and Law 4485/2017.
From the academic year 2024–2025, the operation of the program is governed by the provisions of the relevant decisions of the Aristotle University Senate (Government Gazette 7525/Vol. B/31-12-2024) in accordance with Law 4957/2022.

Coordinating Committee
Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the operation of the Postgraduate Studies Program (PSP) lies with a five-member Coordinating Committee (CC). For the academic years 2025–2026 and 2026–2027, this Committee consists of the following members:
